A spark to a strong start

Hello! I'm Monisha,

For over 25 years, I've helped businesses shape brands that connect with people through strategy, design and communication. Working with agencies, in-house teams and founders across a wide range of industries has shown me one thing: the strongest brands don't begin with a logo—they begin with clarity. As I started working more closely with entrepreneurs, I realised many founders were building great businesses without the benefit of a clear brand foundation. Not because they didn't value branding, but because it often felt expensive, overwhelming or out of reach.


That's why I started Happy Spark Studio.


I believe good branding should be accessible, practical and empowering. My role is to help founders uncover what makes their business unique and translate that into a brand that's authentic, consistent and built to grow.

A personal approach

Happy Spark Studio is intentionally small and hands-on. Every project is led by me, bringing together strategy, creative direction and design while collaborating with a trusted network of writers, branding professionals, digital marketing specialists, illustrators and videographers whenever a project calls for additional expertise.
